The official Sintonia RP description lists doctor next to mechanic, delivery, garbage, trucker, and app driver. That is not flavor text. A 35-player São Paulo-inspired city dies when nobody takes hospital calls. This page is the medical loop: phone first, plaza second, clips never.
Start from getting started and the civilian roster. Open K and F8 before you wear white. The phone guide exists because most “I cannot find the job” tickets are a closed celular.
What a doctor night looks like
- Spawn, check Y, open K.
- Take the call that matches medic, not the gunfight you want to film.
- Drive, lock with L, belt with H. An unlocked ambulance on a plaza is a story on roleplay rules.
- Finish the scene. Do not sprint through a firefight for a thumbnail.
- Go back to the hospital glow you marked on the city map.
Money still comes from finishing loops, not from the empty codes hub. Rank the job against delivery and mechanic on the jobs tier list. The job picker will suggest doctor if you said you like helping scenes.
What doctor is not
It is not police. You do not need Dourada do PD. It is not a script healbot. Menus that auto-revive belong on the scripts hub. It is not a VIP gate. VIP Bronze will not make patients nicer. Compare comfort later on the pass compare tool.

After a week of honest calls

How a call should feel
A good medic night is boring on purpose. You accept the ping, you drive without clipping a plaza, you lock the wheels, you stay until the scene ends. Other players remember that. They will call you again in a 35-player city because there are not thirty other doctors.
If police arrive, you are not the radio. You are the person who keeps the body in the story. If crime players want a hostage medic, that is still fiction — leave if the scene breaks roleplay rules. You do not owe anyone a clip.
Hospital as a landmark, not a lobby
Mark the glow on the city map. Come back between calls. Do not camp the door with a gun “in case.” That is how a hospital becomes a deathmatch lobby. Delivery and app driving can fill the quiet minutes; they also teach blocks you will need at 2 a.m.
Earn on how to make money. Do not wait for a code. Do not buy Helicoptero to “get there faster” on night one. A late honest arrival beats a loud sky toy that reports itself.
After the white clothes feel normal
Open the jobs hub and stay civilian another week, or move to mechanic if you want wrenches. Police still waits. The first-hour checklist can sit on a second screen for one spawn. Then close it. Patients will not wait for a wiki tab. One more habit: if the hospital door is a gunfight, wait or leave. You are not the scene’s hero. You are the person who answers K.
